Shipping: Postage within the UK is added at checkout and is calculated by the weight of your order. If your order is Large we offer a discount on postage.Please Contact Us
IMPORTANT: We are happy to Ship Items to Outside of the UK at the appropriate rates provided all costs for taxes or levies are paid by the purchaser,However,please Contact us for exact amounts.
Where possible we use Royal Mail First Class recorded Signed For Postal Service.This takes from 1 -3 days. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your purchase when it arrives.
Larger items are sent using Royal Mail Parcels or Parcel Force.
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 7 days of payment. Please see our Terms and Conditions regarding refunds and returns.
Whenever possible we try to source/purchase appropriate machine embroidery designs from our own machine embroidery design database. We reserve the right to make a small charge for this if deemed necessary due to the amount of time spent on sourcing the design. this will be an amount between £1 and £5.
Digitizing Artwork for embroidering If we cannot source a suitable design using the above method,We use a Machine embroidery digitising software to create Personalised Business Logos, leisurewear Logos and personalised machine embroidery, for embroidering onto our hand crafted ponchos, fleece baby blankets etc: this process often involves many hours of computer design work to digitize the embroidery design in readiness for use on our embroidery machine Our minimum charge for this service will be £15 up to a maximum cost of £60 for more intricate embroidery designs. We will ALWAYS notify you with a costing for this prior to carring out the embroidery
